Exclusive Weekend Parties
- All parties include 2 hours of venue hire (excluding upstairs mezzanine and kitchen areas).
- A £50 non refundable deposit is required on booking and the remaining balance (dependant on package) including any add ons you would like, is due no later than 14 days prior to your party. You will receive a link for this on email.
- We require the number of children, any allergies or food intolerances and any extra add ons you would like 14 days prior to your party. Please email us on hello@cubssoftplay.com with these details.
- For DIY parties we request that guests dispose of their rubbish (especially food) off site as we do not have the capacity for it at the venue.

Weekday Parties at Cubs Soft Play – Prices start from £130
Available Monday – Friday 9.30-11.30 | 11.30-1.30 | 2.00-4.00 & 4.00-6.00
Weekday – Exclusive
Exclusive hire: £130 for up to 24 children includes 2 hours of exclusive use of the soft play and café areas and unlimited squash/water jugs. (all adds on available with these)
- A £50 deposit + add-ons are required up front. The remaining balance (£80) is payable 7 days prior
- All parties include 2 hours of exclusive use of the soft play and café area, unlimited squash & water jugs and the best with is we do all the clearing up for you.
- Add a lunch box for £3.50 per child containing a frube yogurt, packet of crisps and small packet of party rings/chocolate animals or similar. There will also be 3 plates of sandwiches for the children so they can choose from Ham, Cheese or Jam.
- Add a small finger food buffet for £4 per child including, a choice of sandwiches, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, a selection of fruit/vegetables sticks, party rings or similar.
- Afternoon tea style for £4.50 per child – a selection of sandwiches, fresh cakes and cookies or similar and small milkshake for each child. Served on tea stands.
- DIY parties also available, bring your own food
Weekday – Non Exclusive
Non exclusive hire – please note the general public will still be able to book or walk in and use the soft play/café whilst your party is on.
- A £50 deposit + add-ons are required up front. The remaining balance (£80) is payable 7 days prior.
- Max 10 children
- £10 per child including a lunchbox.
- We will reserve a table for all children – parents can supply decorations if they wish.
