How you can help us

Please encourage children to wash/sanitize their hands regularly and especially after they have eaten

Please do not bring your child to the soft play if you know they are unwell. This can cause the spread of germs to other children, adults and our staff. The well being of all our guests and staff is top priority.

Please come and see us during your visit if you have any issues or concerns and we’ll be happy to help!

We have very limited car park space and share the space with 2 other businesses so please be mindful where you are parking when you arrive and do not block the entrances to other businesses. There is plenty of on road parking near by if the car park is full. 

General Bookings T&C’s

  • All bookings are non refundable.
  • Bookings can be amended as long as we have at least 2 hours’ notice prior to the original booking.
  • Accompanying adults are responsible for the children at all times. Adults are welcome to join children in the play frame but cannot use the slides for safety reasons
  • No food or drink is to be taken into the play frame.
  • Please ensure you take shoes off but keep socks on at all times. This includes the adults.
  • We are a non smoking venue. This includes any form of vapes or e cigarettes.
  • Please do not bring in food or drinks from elsewhere including takeaway foods or hot drinks. We are happy for guests to bring baby food in for very young children or speciality foods for those with allergies.

Party Bookings T&C’s

  • Please do not bring in food or drinks from elsewhere including takeaway foods or hot drinks. We are happy for guests to bring baby food in for very young children or speciality foods for those with allergies.
  • The remaining balance is payable 7 days prior to the date of the booking
  • Any changes to the number of children attending the party (for parties being catered for by us or parties wanting party bags) must be communicated to us via email at least 7 days prior to the booking. Refunds for any children that did not attend the party will not be accepted after this time.
  • For any guests doing their own catering please refrain from bringing in foods from takeaway outlets or any food containing bones for health and safety reasons.
  • All bookings are non refundable
